Knowledge of water resources planning principles and policies. Ability to monitor available funding to assure adequacy for work on specific investigations and assure most effective utilization of available manpower and resources. Ability to provide oversight and extensive coordination and integration of numerous environmental and recreation studies and projects in Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
