Standard Item Instructions and Policies. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical requirements to upper management and line personnel. Experience in technical instruction relating to industrial processes (electronics fabrication, soldering, welding, molding, shipbuilding/repair) a plus. Must be organized, concise and able to develop safety procedures, write, and edit procedures and corporate instructions. Must be proficient in MS Excel, and MS Word. Must demonstrate personal initiative and be able to work independently. Must pay attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Must have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
