We are seeking qualified candidates to join the Environmental & Sustainability Services practice: Our professionals provide support to: Deloittes audit teams in evaluating and testing environmental liabilities to determine (1) whether the processes, methodology, and assumptions used to estimate the environmental liabilities are in accordance with generally accepted practices and (2) the costs are for remedial activity that is probable and may be reasonably estimated Law firms on matters involving litigation with an environmental component and in all stages of a business dispute, from case theory development and discovery to expert witness testimony and working in cooperation with other firm practitioners Both buyers and sellers in the context of mergers & acquisitions efforts in the evaluation of environmental matters and their potential effect(s) as part of a transaction Preparation and negotiation of insurance claims .
