Job Description:
PRIMARY DUTY: Provide oversight in the development and implementation of the contractor's environmental program. This includes pollution prevention, remediation, and Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program. Ensure contractor conforms to federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. Engage in public relations work as regards to environmental protection. Prepare USAFA for annual Environmental Compliance and Management Program (ECAMP) audits/inspections. Manage natural resources. SECONDARY DUTY: Attend and represent USAF at community meeting affecting the USAFA environmental program. EXPERIENCE: Broad background in environmental science and management. Knowledge of fedral, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. In-depth experience with services required in PWS - EMS, EESOH, public education, training, permits, storm water management, sampling, analysis, monitoring, ERP. landfill, P2, airquality, environmental compliance, environmental conservation, wetlands, ESOHCAMP, EIS, EBS. Understand, read, write, and speak fluent English. Basic Qualifications: Broad background in environmental science and management.
