Requirements by defining comprehensive training plans inclusive of public, onsite and e-Learning options.? Fulfill Administration Requirements by timely and accurate submission of expense reports, timesheets, etc.? Design, Develop, & Implement Cognos Training by strategizing, designing and implementing Cognos training based on customization requirements, data availability, environment, user, situation, and logistics.? Provide / assist with RFP / RFI Responses as required? Provide / assist with formal and informal training proposals for Customers & Partners.? Provide Course Development Feedback identifying training material gaps, reviewing GES - ERD, course outlines, alpha/beta materials..? Establish & Foster Client Relationships by contacting customer prior and following training engagement to gauge success and provide next steps.? Mentor and Develop Education Staff by providing assistance, direction, and support for fellow employees as appropriate.? Promote additional Educations and Professional Services by assisting the Cognos sales/services team in identifying additional license opportunities and where or how additional training can contribute to the client?s solution.? Billing Compliance by Submission of Accurate and Timely Billing Documentation - completing appropriate documentation and obtaining required approvals ? Instructor and Customer Training Support by providing any necessary supplemental materials or classroom technical support.? Delivery of Quality Education through ongoing development of technical skills of Cognos technology and over ?achievement of customer quality metrics.? Technical SME assisting in new course delivery, knowledge sharing and best practices communication and documentation to Education Team.?
