This includes providing academic support, running after school programs, and improving school climate in DC public and charter schools. The Education Manager will directly manage a team of eight Corps Members delivering WSWC. Other responsibilities include supporting all corps trainings and managing the site\'s evaluation processes. Develop and manage education-based training program for all corps members Oversee site-wide delivery of the WSWC Service Model Lead and manage a team of eight Corps Members delivering the WSWC Service Model Manage the service partner relationship at assigned school Manage internal and external evaluation processes Support all City Year training activities including Basic Training Academy, Advanced Training Academy, and Leadership Development Days Additional Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree required 2-3 years experience working in an educational setting Exhibits strong desire to work with a diverse group of individuals Ability to work as both a team member and independent leader
