Purpose: Lead the development and maintenance of a clinical research coordinator program within Access to Patients North America. Ensure that processes and systems are developed, implemented and maintained to achieve optimum quality performance, output and standards across Aces's to Patients. Responsibilities: · Design, develop and implement operational quality controls and processes for the CRC Program in North America · Develop, implement and maintain operational quality audit processes · Ensure the provision of timely operational audit information to Management Teams · Lead and direct solutions to address operational quality gaps · Partner with the ATP Senior Leadership Team to ensure that solutions are implemented · Direct and lead the development of tools for Risk Assessment and audit techniques for use for operational quality management · Build and leverage organizational knowledge and resources related to Quality and Process Thinking, eg with the QA function and the 'Boiler Room' · Develop consistent orientation guidelines for new CRC staff within North America. · Develop standardized expectations for continuing education for the CRC program · Ensure quarterly training is provided to all CRC program staff. Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in Health or Biological Science preferred with a minimum of 6-7 years related experience in a clinical research related field or the equivalent of education, experience and training. · Must be familiar with CROs and the operation of clinical research sites.
