Job Responsibilities : GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:ï § Organize training for new systems, new processes and updated SOPsï § Analyze results through test calls, observations and focus groupsï § Present client training, system enhancement training, and new employee training to Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, Resolution Specialist and Management team in staff meetingsï § Proactively identify training needs of existing CSR\'s, Resolution Specialists and Supervisors to create and organize training in team meetingsï § Organize training for client implementations with the Client Implementation team and identify areas of opportunity from analyzing test call results from Quality Assuranceï § Complete peer evaluations and provide feedback to trainers as they conduct training.
