Fox Networks East Coast Division : Fox Cable Networks - East Coast State : New York City : New York External Job Description : Fox Cable Networks is looking for a Director of Training and Systems located in the New York Offices. The Director is responsible for working with Pricing and Planning, Sales Coordination, Research, Sales Management, Systems Management and Manager of Training to meet critical best business practices and systems training needs. The Director of Training and System\'s job responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Developing and managing training programs and materials for Pricing and Planning, Sales Planners and Sales Assistants. Developing specialized and targeted training classes; managing ongoing training needs and developing curriculum for business processes and systems. Working with Pricing & Planning, Sales Management, Commercial Administration, and Systems Management; and reporting on project performance and progress. Act as necessary and appropriate to cover for Systems Management as a liaison with IT and vendors for support of systems as well as acts as User advocate for system enhancements. Supervise one direct report - Manager of Training.Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree is required. Minimum of 5 years industry experience in either Sales support or Pricing and Inventory is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
