Job Description:
Organizes, oversees, and conducts complex training and development projects, including the development of project plans and the establishment and monitoring of performance objectives. Partners with Operations Management to conduct training needs analysis and work on complex issues where analysis of situations or dat a requires in depth knowledge of variable factors in addition to assessing training and development needs, understand core business requirements and required training, Sop/Help file and curricul a content. Link learning to established core business requirement and routinely measure, prepare and disseminate outcomes to business owners. Acts as an internal coach for individualized development needs of training staff. Oversee training instruction and provide classroom support to determine instructional effectiveness of course materials that are developed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Act as the lead trainer, supervisory activities include counseling, motivating, evaluating and coordination of workflow.Qualifications:Required: This position requires a degree or equivalent and 7 + years of formal classroom training experience, as well as excellent presentation, written and oral communications skills including the ability to interact with various levels of associates. Knowledge of Training/development practices, principles and systems.
