This position is located at HQ US Army Forces Command, DCS, G3/5/7, Training Division, Joint Training Branch, Fort McPherson, Georgia. Receives general administrative guidance of a higher grade supervisor or management official, receiving assignments primarily in terms of broad policy and objective statements. The Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Commissions recommendations have been approved. This vacancy exists in an organization that is affected by BRAC. Key Requirements: U.S. Citizen Major Duties:Forces Command primary Joint Operations and Training Specialist for one or more of the following Commander in Chiefs; U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), U.S. European Command (EUCOM), U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM), U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), U.S. Joint Forces Command (JFCOM), U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM), U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) with responsibility for the direction, development, planning, scheduling, resourcing, and execution of numerous Joint Training Exercises (JTX) as well as Army title 10 Training Exercises. Conduct analysis of Joint Training Plans, mission and program goals and Exercise Training objectives.
