Job Description: Plans, develops and implements and evaluates competitive pay practices, policies, and procedures that align to company objectives. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of compensation and benefits, and while you will assume hands-on ownership, you will provide the leadership and high level management to ensure Phoenix remains an employer of choice in regions around the world (we currently have employees in: China, Taiwan, India, Israel and US) Develop direction of base pay, variable pay, health and welfare plans, equity programs and other benefit programs, including 401(k) plan Provide technical expertise and proactive guidance to monitor and maintain competitive positioning, and to advance and scale these programs to keep pace with the company’s rapid growth Work with senior management to design and implement competitive compensation and rewards programs that meet the needs of the company Provide consultation to HR staff (recruiting, HR Generalists) and management Monitor and implement changes to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Sarbanes Oxley Manage compensation surveys and conduct related analysis Provide individual counsel on the creation and analysis of job descriptions to ensure internal and external equity Lead the annual open enrollment process, annual review and bidding process for plans; benefits planning and recommend changes to senior management on an ongoing basis Qualifications: To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have solid and deep experience in compensation and benefits, including global experience in Asia Pacific 5-7 years of relevant work experience in HR and in a high growth company Bachelor’s degree in business related field or related commensurate experience Demonstrated coaching and problem-solving skills Experience and demonstrated proficiency in applying HR-related legal and compliance knowledge to various business scenarios Ability to work autonomously and at a fast pace; initiative and results-focused Strong HRIS skills (experience with Oracle a plus).
