Summary of the Role Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Vice President of Human Resources, iDo (Innovation, Development, and Operations) and FSC (Field Service Center - Corporate) will be responsible for leading the HR team for T-Mobile\'s Product Development, Enterprise IT (EIT), and Engineering teams (iDO), in addition to Marketing, Legal, HR, and Finance (FSC). This set of critical functions represents a new level of impact on T-Mobile\'s business. This position will require the right person to partner effectively with the leaders of the Product Development, EIT, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, HR, and Finance teams. The successful candidate will also work effectively with the HR leadership team to facilitate the industry's best customer experience through designing effective human resources management solutions and practices, creating a best place to work environment and building their leadership pipeline. He/she will oversee all aspects of Human Resources for this business unit, but will also be heavily involved in the strategy, design and execution of HR processes and programs across the company. As a result of extensive cross functional work, he/she will need to build strong relationships based on trust and credibility. Candidate Profile We are seeking a dynamic, exceptional Human Resources executive with at least 10-15 years of leadership experience in organizations with highly regarded HR functions.
