Compensation Manager for their San Diego location. The main responsibility for this role will be to oversee the overall management of compensation and benefit programs for the entire company. This position will work closely with other executives in the company to continually find innovative solutions that will attract and secure top notch employees. The Compensation Manager will also develop cost control procedures to assure maximum benefit coverage at the least possible cost to the company and its employees. Must make sure all compensation programs are meeting the standards and compliance of the company, as well as, governmental regulations. One other main component of this job will be to analyze salary survey data, market trends and competitive practices and then can advise and make recommendations to management. Skills/Qualifications: Must have at least 10 years of compensation and benefits experience Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field PHR or SPHR is preferred Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills Experience with Oracle or other report specific software is a plus Internation compensation and benefits experience.
