Job Description:

Responsible for documenting, escalating and proposing solutions for second and third level problems and must work with appropriate organizations to achieve resolution. Participate in resolution of service related issues and the development of standard operating procedures. Participate in training of new personnel. Effectively interface with AF users and support organizations to ensure smooth flow of communications in all directions. Generally requires experience-based knowledge of hardware, software and networks and will apply standard operating procedures and personal experience to the solution of user problems. Must have ability to communicate clearly (both written and oral) with users and support organizations, act independently to solve problems. Candidate should have at least a BS degree or equivalent experience. Vendor certifications, including Cisco CCN A or CCNP and Extreme Certified Associate (EN A ), are highly desirable.
