Accountabilities:Work with Project Managers to accurately and consistently perform cost estimating, scoping, and scheduling for facilities and/or pipeline projects. Insure all construction activities are properly supported with internal and/or external resources.Insure Construction Specialists, Inspectors, and all Construction Personnel are properly trained to execute their roles safely and effectively. Insure communications between construction personnel and Project Managers is constructive towards getting the project completed on-time and on-budget. Insure that projects are installed per SIP and Project Life Cycle.Develop and maintain contractor relationships to assist in the expedient and cost-effective completion of the project.Develop and implement a process to gauge constructors productivity during a project, including but not limited to Earned Value reporting.Develop and implement a process to gauge and report contractors on-site safety.Insure risks to project cost and execution are properly communicated and shared with stakeholders.
