Job Description:
Ensures staff produces high quality work, performs preventative maintenance, alterations and installations. Position may require proficiency in one or more building trades (e.g. plumbing, electrical) and a solid knowledge of general engineering/maintenance. Promptly responds to guest and safety issues. Assists in the training and supervision of the engineering staff. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible schedule.
