Establish work product quality standardsc) Develop/maintain internal procedures and processes. d) Administer performance evaluation and merit process. e) Oversee training and mentoring of employees and leads, and ensure compliance with established PQP policies and procedures.Support company new business activities: a) Support new business opportunities as feasible. b)Participate in proposal efforts as required. c) Prepare and present briefings regarding section capabilities.EDUCATION: BS in Engineering or related science/technical field, with an advanced degree highly desired or comparable related experience. A Masters degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience. REQUIRED SKILLS: A minimum of 12 years experience in Space Systems development, operations, and/or analysis. Experience should include participation in the operations and mission assurance of integrated systems, preferably related to human space flight/NASA. Three or more years experience in safety, reliability, and/or risk management aspects of space systems required. Demonstrated high-level proficiency in written and oral communications with peers, management, and customers is mandatory. Demonstrated effective leadership and conflict resolution skills with employees and customers. Demonstrated self-initiative to identify problem areas and implement solutions on a task and project level. Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills.
