Support customer for DFT (Design for testability) review, test coverage improvement, functional test development, test equipment configuration, test method and fixture design. 4. Develop the debug methodology, bone pile analysis and reduction. 5. Support the high level root cause analysis for test failures and customer returns. 6. Test quotation management, test cost reduction and test yield improvement strategy. 7. Develop the test engineering training program to improve the technical capability. 8. Support sales department for new account development.df-tc Experience/Skills Technical experience and qualification: 1. Knowledge of Data communication and Network fundamentals ( especially familiar with network and telecom products including GPON, XDSL, Triple player services, metro service edge network, and optical carrier products. ).
