Job Description:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. Bachelors in nursing or Allied Health preferred, or active pursuit within six months of accepting position, with successful completion of same within an agreed upon timeframe at date of hire. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. BLSHCP required. National Certification in specialty preferred. Certified Prevention Intervention certificaiton is required for psych inpatient, partial care and PIP units. NJ Drivers License required for Clinical Manager in PIP. : Meets qualifications as outlined for specialty. 3 years clinical experience required within specialty. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as leadership skills required. Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; incumbents within position will be trained appropriately and then skill will be required for this position within 30-60 days from date of hire.
