The Child Abuse Prevention Center is the county's leading not-for-profit organization focused exclusively on the prevention of child abuse. Our early intervention programs have a well-documented record of strengthening and improving parent-child relationships, working to prevent child abuse before it occurs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated self-starter for the position of Director, Mental Health Services. Job duties include: Assisting in the planning, development, expansion, and execution of mental health and crisis response services Hiring, supervision, and training of mental health professionals and Mental health Workers Ensures client files and cases are managed in accordance with contract and Medi-Cal requirements Responsible for representing the agency and the mental health programs at County and various funder meetings NOTES: US Residents Only. Salary depending upon experience Requirements Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements: Master\'s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field Current licensure in CA as an LCSW or LMFT Able to provide BBS licensure supervision to ASW and MFTI clinicians.
