All clinical programs/services in the Perioperative Division are includedParticipates in team leadership that spans the larger organization, division and each functional discipline. Works in collaborative partnership with the Division's clinical partnership.Participates in the creation and the implementation of policies and procedures consistent with the organization's mission and care philosophy. Participates in planning and development of organizational goals, and oversees the function of programs/services consistent with them. Promotes and insures that the highest quality of care is provided to patients and families.Baccalaureate in Nursing required. Graduate education required. Master's degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 5 to 10 years progressive nursing experience.
