Job Description:
Candidates must have a minimum of an Associates degree in Engineering or Construction is preferred. Must be proficient in AutoCAD and have Microsoft Office, math, verbal and written skills. Their main responsibility will be to perform material quantity surveys from digital commercial blueprints. Must have construction plan reading ability and be able to complete quantity takeoffs in a timely, accurate and detailed manner. An understanding of engineering drawings, and specifications would be a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
