M/F/D/V Job Description Requirements: College degree and at least 10 Years progressive experience in Training and Development; 5 of which in the pharmaceutical Medical / DRA environment in order to set strategic direction and develop solutions to complex problems. This position requires expertise and knowledge of FDA Regulations, GCP/ICH guidelines and a comprehensive understanding of Medical/DRA procedures in order to assure regulatory compliance. Must have excellent leadership, written and oral communication skills and must be able to facilitate teams. Knowledge in intranet and eLearning technology. Duties and Responsibilities: Training Assessment/Implementation: Assess and facilitates the development and delivery of the Medical training plan based on needs identified from SOP's, international initiatives, local corporate initiatives and Medical/DRA identified issues. This process requires the critical assessment of training needs and Medical/DRA department priorities, development of appropriate training strategy, detailed support of training content and materials and monitoring of the process to assure that training is developed and implemented according to the plan. SOP, Guideline implementation / Coordination: Provide expertise, leadership and strategic planning to assure that new processes as specified in SOP's and other corporate guidelines are adequately assessed and implemented.
