Job Description:
This position will work closely with the Regional Practice Managers to provide excellent client and project management services to our regional community development clients. Responsibilities: Client and project management responsibilities will include working on behalf of clients to manage and prepare CEQA/NEPA environmental documents, planning studies, develop and manage scopes, schedules and budgets; coordinate with appropriate stakeholders including client and regulatory agencies; and prepare proposals for and participate in interviews for prospective project work. Education B.S./M.S. in environmental planning, science/planning, urban planning, public policy or related field. Qualifications and Experience The talented and energetic candidate will have 8+ years of experience managing and preparing environmental/planning studies and reports for small to large projects and have a comprehensive knowledge of the CEQA/NEPA processes. In addition, the candidate will be highly organized and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
