Job Description:
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining NTTA facility standards, facility project programming, coordination of standards and programming with consultants and contractors, review of design and construction documents, participation in bidding of facility projects, monitoring construction of facility projects, and monitoring related purchases. This position requires good communication skills to present concepts, ideas, programs and trade practices to Board Members and non-architectural co-workers. Other duties include the ability to develop and manage project budgets and have a general understanding of construction costs and professional fees. Requirements include a Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years work experience with strong programming skills. Certified Architect is also required or the ability to obtain certification within a year of employment.
