Job Description:
Description Key Role: Oversee new and renovation projects within multiple overseas locations, with projects varying in size and complexity and requiring collaboration with government partners and authorities that have jurisdiction. Produce cost estimates, risk analysis, market research, and statements of work for A&E and construction services. Act as the client liaison with other government organizations and authorities with jurisdiction to meet client, design, code, and permitting requirements. Perform ad-hoc duties as required by clients, from working with clients and contractors to providing logistic services as needed. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -10 years of experience with facilities engineering work involving design and construction projects -TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required -BS degree in Architecture or Engineering Additional Qualifications: -Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project, and Lotus Notes -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -MS or MA degree in Engineering a plus Clearance.
