Job Description:
HIGHLY motivated, team player to join our team w/ experience per hour based on exp. plus bonuses. -Six months plus experience in staffing industry -filling industrial and clerical job orders -utilizing cost effective recruiting techniques (flyers, referrals, word of mouth) -recruiting from job bards (monster, hot jobs, CareerBuilder) -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Must be able to multitask and able to operate efficiently in a fast paced environment Job duties will include but not limited to: -proactively recruiting for large volume accounts in industrial, clerical, administrative, skilled and misc -background checks / administation of in-house drug screens / Reference checks -daily check in to clients, follow up service calls including e-mails -Post job orders on job boards. -Keep track of number of applicants, track, analyze and report candidate status -Some payroll functions & Delivery of checks -Communicating daily with Branch Manager via e-mail and verbally. Effectively interact with team. -Keep track of needed office supplies -Skill market qualified associates to prospective clients -Build a pipeline and maintain a relationship with candidates.
