Job Description:
The Sr. Product Manager develops and manages healthcare product line strategy for existing and future products. This position will be responsible for product lifecycle management, which includes identifying new product opportunities or enhancements, performing product definition, conducting market and product analysis, and managing the product launch process from concept to market launch. The Sr. Product Manager will be the primary point of contact for new products and product changes and will seek input from market leaders and hospital customers. This position will evaluate the inputs and priorities and determine the appropriate product strategies as part of the overall product planning process and business development activities.Bachelors degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or technical field required. MBA desired. Five to seven years minimum relevant work experience in product management, product development, business development, or similar function, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the healthcare field. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication skills - oral, written, and electronic. Superior people skills, in order to gather product information, facilitate evaluation processes, and perform business development functions. Strong leadership skills, with ability to work and lead cross-functionally throughout the organization and with customer organizations. Creative problem solving skills.
