Job Description:
As an early team member, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make significant impact in a fast-paced, start-up environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing product strategy, conceiving new features, defining product requirements, working with a cross functional team through implementation, and performing detailed analysis on features. This position requires heavy interaction with Engineering, QA, Visual Design, Marketing, and Business Development teams.Responsibilities: Create detailed product requirements documents (PRD) for assigned projects. Manage assigned projects through conception, development, testing, and release. Create launch and communication plans for new projects and features. Contribute to overall product strategy based on the needs of the customer and business. Manage direct customer outreach via surveys, forums, usability sessions. Analyze site performance via analytics and testing Requirements3+ years of Product Management experience at a consumer Internet company, or equivalent experience (Nice to have prior early-stage, start-up experience). BA/BS degree required.
