The Senior Commercial Credit Product Manager for the CRE Portfolio is responsible for managing the profit and loss for an assigned Commercial Banking product portfolio. A critical aspect of the responsibility is understanding the needs of the relevant customer groups and creating and executing product, marketing and sales strategies to meet those needs. The job responsibility also involves creating a product development strategy to keep products ahead of the competition with the right technological, product policy and marketing development. Assessing industry trends is a key part of the job responsibility. Job responsibility also includes oversight of the operational delivery of the product including platform capacity management.Manages a small team of product analysts that that support the development and execution of products and enhancements designed to achieve fee revenue and balance growth. Activities are normally very complex in nature, require an understanding of both the strategic picture and tactical execution skills and impact a large audience (Commercial Banking distribution channel) both internally and externally.Normally requires a master's degree or advanced certification (CTP Preferred) in a discipline directly related to the position along with 8-10+ years product management experience, particularly within commercial credit/lending and expertise in product and project management Experience leading teams.
