Job Description:
This position is responsible for the planning, managing and execution of all the project in PLM stream. Focus area also includes working with the R&D, Regulatory, Master Data Management, Creative Services and Product Portfolio leadership team to generate the ideas to streamline the process, to develop the value proposition of particular initiatives and manage the change to make the Scotts Company a world class in new product introductions and compliant with rules and regulations of the country where it operates. Key Work Performed: Identify the business process improvement opportunity and help developing the value proposition and business case. Manage, Plan, Design, Schedule, Execute, Resource Mobilization and Coordinate the PLM related projects included in the Catalyst 2 program Work as a change agent and streamline the business processes Provide direction to other project managers; integrate activities with functional analysts and GBIS team Qualifications Minimum Requirements A. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems B. Experience: About 10 years of total working experience including about 6 years of SAP Functional experience in the area of PLM, MM or PP and Project Management experience. C.
