We will also need this person to help in managing our ERP / SAP recruiters, and employees or contractors and harvesting their relationships and building business value through all such channels. This person will assist our sales team in client calls / meetings and help us in understanding client's ERP requirements (mostly SAP) and communicating the requirement specifications to the recruiting team. This person will also interface between our sales team and our recruiters in addition to executing the main job of being the client facing person for ERP / SAP technical matter / sales / business. This person will help get more ERP / SAP staffing business generated and then help us understand the client requirements, manage the recruiters and get the best possible resumes from them and interview / select the most suitable candidates from the resumes he/she receives. In short, this person will ensure that we generate and focus on the best requirements with as much clarity as possible and end up sending our best / most-suitable candidates to the client so that we stand to get a placement from this process. The position adds value to the overall staffing process both in generating sales leads and fulfilling them through our recruiting organization.
