Job Description: Manages, develops and motivates employees and first line level managers. Manages small and large scale proposal support efforts. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of H47 Supplier Management and H47 Chief Engineer. Coaching/Teaching Consistently and proactively clarifies expected behaviors, knowledge, and level of proficiency by seeking and giving information and checking for understanding. Serves as a role model in providing instruction, positive models, and opportunities for observation in order to help other senior managers, people throughout the organization, and external customers develop skills; encourages questions to ensure understanding. Consistently and proactively gives timely, appropriate feedback on performance; reinforces efforts and progress. Serves as a role model in establishing good interpersonal relationships by helping fellow senior managers, people throughout the organization and external customers feel valued, appreciated, and included in discussions. Continuous Improvement Consistently and proactively reviews processes to identify gaps between requirements and current outputs with fellow senior managers, other people throughout the organization and external customers.
