Specifically, this position will play a critical role in contributing to brand growth through identifying and implementing programs to educate and motivate the healthcare professional to support and recommend McNeil Nutritionals' products to targeted patient populations. In addition to executing existing HCP programs, the candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and platforms to strengthen the relationship between McNeil Nutritionals and the healthcare professional and their patients. The candidate will participate in marketing communication and strategic planning, in addition to implementing tactics targeted to the healthcare professional. The position will also collaborate with Product Director counterparts in consumer marketing initiatives as it relates to health-oriented messaging and initiatives that utilize the Healthcare professional as a channel to reach patient. The position also requires the ability to work within the white space of strategic marketing. To achieve these objectives, the candidate must have a strong understanding of healthcare professionals and healthcare marketplace dynamics. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in marketing products to the consumer as well as to the healthcare professional. This position requires working closely with various functional areas inside the organization as well as with outside professional associations, KOLs and other influencers. The candidate will interact closely with the Brand Team and the Strategic Marketing team to identify programs and platforms that work synergistically to build brand equity and drive growth.
