Job Description:
The Manager of HCC Operations executes processes and systems to enable the effective and efficient operation oferating company compliance programs. This individual will be responsible for the operational aspects of several compliance programs including: employee hotline programs, case management system, website administration, learning management system/training issues and maintenance, due diligence screening tool support, internal and external compliance system benchmarking, and data collection and reporting for all major Focus Areas. Key responsibilities for this position include liaising with vendors and suppliers for ongoing maintenance and improvement of the hotline and case management system programs; providing training and guidance to operating companies and employees on these systems; documenting and overseeing the resolution of departmental program issues; implementing change control processes for departmental activities; overseeing and managing HCC and key contact database; compiling sensitive data and trends from key versight activities; coordinating with regional offices and US editorial board of HCC Officer newsletter. The department is responsible for establishing standards, exercising appropriate oversight and providing support to the HCC and Privacy communities in order to help assure that Johnson & Johnson operating companies have effective and sustainable Health Care Compliance and Privacy compliance programs.
