Job Description:
This system, known as Sedasys, will bring Propofol to surgical facilities and to the GI space assisting facilities to fill capacity backlogs and help them better leverage their resources. The primary objective of the Sedation Account Manager will be to achieve sales goals in an assigned territory through educating and advising customers to incorporate this new technology in their practice as well as provide ongoing guidance so customers will see the positive impacts on their operations. This includes serving as the key customer contact to assure that customer needs are properly identified, assessed, and addressed in a highly responsive, cost-effective way. The successful sales representative will demonstrate the ability to build and sustain trust, passion and influence via long-term working relationships with customers; educate customers on the benefits of using safe sedation technology demonstrating economic and other benefits; plan strategically and implement those plans; assess customers' needs and deploy and direct resources to address those needs; and possess the ability to overcome objections in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner that leads the customer to action.
