Management Case Mgmt Admin Regular Master's degree in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education (C.S.W.E.) accredited college or university social work program; Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida or Master's in Nursing or other Health Care related field preferred. Is licensed in profession, as required. Minimum of 5 years experience in a management capacity in a health care facility or program working specifically in the areas of case management, social work, utilization management and/or quality management. Must be willing to commit to and comply with established quality and service standards of the hospital and the department.
