Job Description:
Coordinate program activities, transportation, and facility usage for assigned programs. Train and supervise activity instructors in planning/leading activities, classes, special events, and field trips. Supervise and evaluate activity instructors, volunteers and interns assigned to their program. Prepare for and participate in training and orientation, planning, committee and staff meetings. Complete administrative and program record keeping, as assigned, in a timely fashion. Attend all appropriate in-service training. Monitor and approve program supply usage and purchases. Ensure that individual members needs are met by implementing and monitoring members\' person-centered plans, assist with daily living skills, maximize member participation and communicate pertinent member information to activity instructors. Drive Center vans. Serve as an appropriate role model for persons served, maintaining positive work practices regarding attendance, punctuality, cleanliness of work area, use of equipment, etc. Maintain the physical appearance of the Center\'s assigned areas. Maintain a positive working relationship and serve as communication link between The Center and families, members, agencies and schools, etc., Utilize approved Center systems, procedures and policies in all aspects of service delivery.
