Job Description:
Develop and coordinate student life programming. Coordinate the College's retention and success plan as related to Student Life, Activities and Athletics. Provide leadership for designated campus events. Student Ambassador Program Advisor. Serve as Student Senate advisor and PTK co-advisor. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Student personnel administration management philosophies and skills sufficient to design and implement programs that establish links between academic interests and student life needs; including planning budgets, developing and implement programs, directing the scheduling of events, and motivating people. Supervisory skills necessary to perform the functions of the position. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Group process skills including decision-making and conflict resolution sufficient to lead student groups in discussion and decision-making. Computer skills: word processing, presentation, and database. Ability to raise funds to support Student Life programs.
