Language experience preferred.Master's degree and five years of experience in the field.Comprehensive and indepth knowledge of state and federal laws and guidelines regarding special education.Advanced training in emotional disorders and cognitive disorders. Responsible for providing administrative and instructional leadership by supervising all aspects of preschool special education services to eligible young children in Chester County ages 3 to 5.
