The Senior Art Director will report to the Creative Director and work alongside Account and Production teams. He or she will be responsible for brainstorming creative concepts with the project team and spearheading the development and execution of original design concepts. He or she should be hands on with the ability to work autonomously, as well as lead junior team members.This is a project-based freelance position with the potential to grow into a full-time position. Specific Skills - 5+ years of experience in advertising agencies, design firms or in-house design teams - Evidence of having art directed campaigns for iconic, style-driven brands (similar to the brands on the YARD roster)- Strong conceptual, innovative thinking; ability to apply creative ideas across multiple platforms- Intimate knowledge of relevant industry tools and resources- Strong communication skills; ability to lead and work well with a team- Healthy attitude.
