Position Description:
Develop with senior management a road map for the technology to support the company vision.

Manage, lead, and inspire the IT team

Project Management

Drive IT revenue by billing customers for customization and projects.

Adapt new technology to benefit the company.

Work as an integral part of the management team to apply technology to meet company objectives.

Communicate with clients to understand needs and build confidence in the company's solutions.

Drive costs down by improving effective use of VOIP systems and automating manual tasks.
Candidate also needs the following technical skills :

Ability to make recommendations to the executives for IT needs

Systems architect
Ability to program and/or evaluate the work of software programmers
Knowledge of and programming experience with the following:
Linux Asterisk
Perl
PHP
web based interfaces
HTML
My SQL
Knowledge of telecommunications hardware and wiring
Audio editing software: Adobe Audition
