Description Director AutoCAD User Experience & Research The Platform Services and Emerging Business division of Autodesk seeks a User Experience Director to help grow our research and design capabilities and to uplift our product efforts. Candidate will have been responsible for leading personnel, initiatives, end-to-end product design, and a variety of research programs and methodologies. We seek a Director level design manager with a seasoned track record of accomplishments, one with passion around product innovation, and one with hands-on skills in user research and design. You will provide thought leadership for the AutoCAD Product Design team and the User Research team. You will help build a culture that is able to collect and analyze relevant data (from planning, support, usability testing, and field research) and turn it into useful and engaging experiences for the top professionals in the design industry.
