Architect with experience in commercial architectural projects. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient, design sensitive and has excellent organizational and communication skills. The Project Manager will manage all aspects of projects of varying size and scope. Under the direction of the Principal, the PM assumes responsibility of project overview, monitoring and control to ensure achievement of project and office goals. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a 5-year accredited university or a 4-year degree along with a Master's in Architecture. Architectural registration required. AutoCAD experience required. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in an architectural firm in design, production and project management. 5-7 years recent experience in commercial projects. Thorough knowledge of architectural drafting, detailing, building materials, building and zoning codes
