Assess current and upcoming financial plans and policies and advocate changes to expand company profitability. Projects may include evaluation of potential investments and divestitures as well as general economic and competitive studies. Under limited supervision, the FP&A Manager performs and/or oversees strategic, broad-impact financial analyses for this privately-owned, international company and leads and manages the design and implementation of financial/accounting/budget systems and reports. The Manager of FP&A must have superior communication skills, experience with mentoring and supervising staff and proven leadership abilities.
