Job Description:


Responsibilities: Perform an Operational Assessment by visiting each branch once every 4-6 weeks. Meet with branch staff to review findings, input information into CBO Web database, forward report to Branch and Area Sales Manager, and follow-up on areas that require improvement. Perform Merchandising and Service Excellence audits; issue recommendations for office cash limit on a quarterly basis. Exercise supervisory authority over floating teller staff for area to include, hiring, termination, supervision, training, salary recommendations, and performance evaluations. Produce monthly schedule and/or request assistance from other branches to ensure proper staffing levels at branches. Attend monthly/quarterly meetings to review operational updates or policy changes with managers, assistant managers and/or tellers-in-charge. May assist in meeting coordination as necessary. Maintain/monitor controllable and uncontrollable current gain/loss for area. Respond to variances by working jointly with the branch and respective departments. Assist with coordination of tasks for new branch openings, closings and consolidations. Assist Retail Operations Group acting as branch liaison as needed: i.e. changing Traveler Check vendors, removal of old payment coupons, BOM updates, surveys, special projects, etc. Ensure sporadic cash audits are performed monthly and perform other audits when needed (i.e. after branch robbery, large cash difference, sporadic audits, etc.). Provide assigned area with operational and security information and support. For certain regional markets, the following duties will also be required as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience. Three to five years branch operations experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience in performing audits. Proficient in Word, Excel, and GroupWise. Familiarity with Web applications. Working knowledge in bank processing systems including Hogan, CSW, Vector, and SAR reporting. Excellent problem solving skills. Detail oriented. Good written and verbal communication skills. Self motivated with effective time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time. Travel required. Skills: See Above Language requirements:
