Director of Finance Financial Analysis and Planning This senior management position will consolidate monthly forecast. Prepare monthly Board of Directors and MEC packages. Improve monthly forecasting and annual budget process. Perform several variance analyses. Monitor and track risks and opportunities. Review, analyze and identify trends in monthly/quarterly financial results. Prepare monthly financial highlights, flash reports and quarterly cash flow projections. Develop balance scorecards and other senior management decision-making tools. Manage ad-hoc special projects. Support corporate investor relations function in communication to investors/analysts. Act as Finance owner/coordinator of corporate financial planning and analysis tool, Hyperion, Essbase. Marginal duties include support of external reporting functions, including MD&A analysis. Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial results. Assist in the research, interpretation and communication of financial reporting rules issued by FASB and SEC. Qualified candidates will have Degree in accounting or finance. MBA or CPA preferable, but not required A minimum of 7 years related experience, which may include positions in public accounting, financial reporting & analysis.
