SPRINGBOARD Architecture is currently seeking Intermediate Level Project Architects to work in its Pittsburgh office. Key strengths for successful applicants include: the capability to conceive and develop schematic and developed designs and constructions documents for a variety of large and small projects, administer project tasks and schedules, perform construction site administrative tasks in the field, coordinate efforts with other members of the design team collaboratively and effectively through spoken and written words and sketches, and provide superior levels of design solutions and clear communication in a timely manner. To be considered, applicants must demonstrate excellent graphic and verbal skills, facile and proficient sketching and drawing ability, excellent organizational skills, and be generally design oriented as manifest in in graphic presentation, experience and knowledge. Proven experience and proficiency in CAD and 3D Modeling is a requirement. Applicants must possess a working knowledge of building codes, regulations and budgeting. SPRINGBOARD is a unique, design oriented firm architectural firm with significant experience designing a variety of building types, including museums, community centers, college and university buildings, commercial interiors, mixed use development and high end residential properties.
