A BArch or MArch from an accredited university * 8-10+ years of experience. Experience must include managing multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent design and contract documentation skills. Strong technical skills * Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint. Experience with Revit a plus * Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to lead client and consultant meetings and make skillful presentations at public meetings * Ability to travel for project meetings and conferences * Licensure highly desirable * LEED accreditation highly desirable * Commitment to senior living and sustainable design Ideal candidate will have experience in the aforementioned disciplines, experience in leading design software programs, and a desire to work for the best.
